I'm used to do this a lot for the university I work with, but I normally use Finale (I've worked a bit with Musescore before but I'm much faster in Finale), do you know how many pages you need to transcribe? I have experience both with using MuseScore and LilyPond and can deliver a complete work without any mistakes. I also happen to enjoy transcribing music and I am sufficiently fast with MuseScore, having committed to memory frequently used keyboard shortcuts to type out the notes using my keyboard.

Hi I have previous experience in transcribing PDFs to MIDI. I can provide samples of previous works and I might up my bid a little bit depending on the difficulty of the scores an how well are they written (ie. proper use of accidentals and articulations, dynamics and tempo changes properly notated, etc) as it is a relatively easy task but demands quite a lot of concentration and software and reading skills.
