Write an iPhone application for Student Accomodation

Need a custom app made! (Quickly) We need somebody who is very experienced in coding for iOS to create an easy to use app with a clean user interface. Description of app: - Users must be able to upload ads for accommodation to their profile. Other users must then be able to search for accommodation via filters eg, location, price, amount of rooms etc. - A good example of a similar would be SpareRoom which is available on the app store. - We also want a messaging platform to allow potential roommates to be able to contact the publisher of the ad. This needs to be a project that is completed quickly.
