Write an iPhone and Android application

We are looking for a mobile application in IOS and Android that can be used as a custom notification and reporting tool in the case of a National Emergency or disaster. The City would want to be able to create locations such as Evacuation Routes, Shelter locations , Exclusion Areas and POD sites (Points of distribution sites) and other critical information such hospital sites, police stations and fire stations. The application must have a comprehensive dash board Backend Must have the ability to obtain analytics Generate usage reports Send notifications to registered end users that are located within a certain radius of a zip code A Notification dashboard that show on “Google Maps” the location and types of reports made by users that are still active The ability to acknowledge a report and clear from the system. Ability to create an evacuation route to exit the City Front End “User” User must be able to register for free by inputting basic user information such as name phone , address and zip code and so. Application must be able to route user to the nearest shelter location, POD site, Police so on. Using something like good maps from within the app (These stations will be inputted by the administrator thru the backend. Reporting Tool User must have the ability to report information thru the app such as damages, flooded road, and wildfire. Must have the ability to take a picture and or video and send it with the report Preferred if report will automatically take location and time the report was being sent Map tool that will take to the evacuation route created by the admin Ability to create a family disaster response plan • You can register family members under the same account • Ability to send mass message to register family members via the app • Preferably the ability to see the location of register family members Other Page where we can list links to other sites that are partners
