Write an Android application

I would like a simple app which has 2 main pages/tabs - possibly a home screen with 2 buttons linking to the pages. The first page will let users create a list of items (named whatever they want). This list should allow users to set each item to be 'scored' with a value between 0-100. Items should be able to toggle 'active' or 'not active' by a simple check box. Items should be removable by the user. All items will be stored on the app until deleted by the user (does not reset on closing app). Page 2 should have a 'generate' button which will take the currently 'active' items and list them in to 2 separate columns. These column's will be generated to get an equal 'average' score between the 2 based on the items scores given by the user. Column's should have an equal number of items unless the total of 'active' items is an odd number, in which columns will be split with an extra in one of them (but the item 'scores' will still be averaged between both columns. Score averages could be calculated by taking the sum of all 'active' items and dividing by 2 (2 columns). Items would then be split evenly between both columns to get the total value of each column as close as possible to the "50% of total 'active' items" value. Monetization could be through an ad displayed when 'generate' is clicked. A paid (ad free) version may also be obtainable to users. If any more information is required please feel free to contact me.
