Following a series of trials, I need to upgrade a Windows app I've had developed. The app reads aloud any single words on a Windows screen. It works on Kindle and other eBooks, PDF's, WORD and OUTLOOK files and WEB files. In the present version the words are read aloud when a user DOUBLE-CLICKS on any word. Following the trials I need the app to read any word on a SINGLE-CLICK. Words must also be read aloud if the user touches a word on a touch-screen running Windows.
