I need an iPhone/iPad app for my current website. www.ucannett.com. I already have a mobile friendly version for it, but I need an app to be built for better user interaction. The site will need the following: 1. Notifications feature for users 2. Easier scrolling capability 3. Encompass all the current mobile features. 4. Easy photo and video uploading from iPhone and mobile devices. 5. Creative and easy to understand design. 6. Admin access to admin panel. Mobile notifications to admin about new activity. I want the programmer I work with to have a reliable and open line of communication. I want to be able to know I can contact you with any questions or issues at least once a day. I'm looking for a long term partner with this business as we grow moving forward. I also would like the developer to have website editing skills as I have some current barriers in this design such as having users outside of the U.S being able to make an account.
