Roles and Responsibilities  Design for platforms ranging from desktop to mobile (Android and iOS)  Deliver pixel perfect design assets to software engineers responsible for Android and iOS platforms  Provide innovative ideas by identifying design problems in existing solutions  Work closely with product managers, designers and front-end engineers to ensure the user goals are met throughout the journey.  Suggest interaction design variations to AB test various UI interactions. Candidate requirement  Degree in Design or equivalent practical work experience in Design  Confident in articulating UX design rationale  Creative thinking paired with analytical ability  Excellent understanding of the application of colors, composition, scale, grids, typography, iconography, illustrations and photography Prior experience in designing for more than one screen size, e.g. Desktop and mobile, or Desktop and large screens, etc.
