Convert websites to iOS and Android apps

We are a new business called “App Empires”. Our focus is to help online businesses convert their existing websites into iOS and Android apps, quickly and affordably. We are seeking a programer with experience in quickly and efficiently converting any website into an iOS and Android app. Each app will need to have a maximised chance of app store approval so each app can be published to both app stores. Making each app as “app like” as possible with the following features is essential: - Pull to refresh with swipe down gesture, with cross functionality to indicate page loading. - Download and Upload Capability - Supports all databases - App linking & sharing - Media playback options - “Rate our app” popup Extra functionalities that we would love to offer: - Push Notifications - Connect the app through a server where we can control the apps live status. We would like to know your process in depth so we can plan our marketing strategy around your capabilities.
