Build me a ionic mobile app. *Fixed price 6000 INR*

Requirement/Acceptance Criteria: 1. 'N' - number of word documents are placed on Google drive under one folder along with a word document which name is "config". That folder link is shared and is input to the App. 2. The config file has settings like color code of background, menu bar, font settings and configuration of in-app purchases of each of the other worder files 3. The other files are appeared as Menu items on left hidden menu and also as icons on the home page. (The icons can also be set in that config file) 4. If the word documents name contain ''Premium" or some other similar keyword, it will be an in-app purchase candidate to view the contents of the file from the app. The price/in app configuration for this will be set in the word file, "config". 3. If word documents name doesn't contain, "Premium" phrase in it, then the contents in it can be viewed on the app without the need of any purchases. 4. The app should work without internet connection after first time opening/setup. Of in case in-app purchases, it should be able to access purchased content offline without internet after once downloading the content. 5. If in case in future apps data will be cleared locally, then again it should be able to download all free content+ in-app content, if purchased any. 6. If internet is required to download some data at any point and internet is not present, app should display a message/image saying check your internet connection. 7. In that case if the app is opened next time when haviy the internet connection, it should download all the required data in queue.
