Requirement: Android application which has a capability to draw, paint etc along with photo to artistic painting conversion features. In summary the application should have all the features as in Apple App Paper ([login to view URL]) and having photo editing functionality to create a sketch or oil paint similar to [login to view URL] The users should have the controls to modify and change the features to customize the artistic output as per their requirement. All the design, code and executable should be provided with complete documentation. The software must be thoroughly tested. The app should be compatible with latest KitKat version and backward compatible as well. The App should work in all android devices and platforms including tablets and mobile phones.
