microsoft server patching -- 2

i need a script(s) that will input a list of server (server 2008/2012/2016) names (like ask for a csv or txt file) and: 1) let me know what patches are available and to install them (allow me to remove patches i don't want if necessary) 2) set up a reboot time at a later date after install 3) verify after reboot that the server came back up and if there were any errors with update installs (if the patches all installed correctly or not) 4) notify by email or another method if and when the server comes back up or has any errors with install
