Task to Select capable developers for long term support -> SQL Optimization with excel report output -- 2

The time spent on this project needs to be 1-2 hours (3 hours max) and 1 day to complete. If you can't complete the task in this time frame please don't bid. If you can optimize our stored procedure to run in one half to one quarter the time it currently takes and are able to output to excel with the minor reporting modifications below please submit your bid for the number of hours you took to do the work and we will create the milestone and free it upon confirmation that it is working as required. After this we will post for you our jobs for long term development. We are using this SQL optimization project to evaluate and select experts for our other ongoing projects, this optimization itself is MINIMALLY critical (we use it 1 time a month and waiting 50 min is not a problem) and the most important factor here to find qualified SQL experts who can improve eficiency (time ) the stored procedure takes to run and improve the output format (to excel with filters, headers etc). We can award you the job and create milestone if you can show us this optimization and then release it once we run the job on our aws and confirm the optimization. Output of this stored procedure should be to excel with some minimal formating (filter and freeze top row, font, and highlight some columns like the exemple excel that we attatched), currently we copy/paste results to excel then manually apply filter and other modifications and we want to avoid this. Some details: We have a mobile phone rental service and we need to audit the phone bill every month from the phone company then we need to recalculate the amounts that we will charge our clients. The stored procedure we are putting below is the primary report generators we use calculate amounts to charge our clients.
