develop a trading bot

Hi, I need to make my 1-minute time frame scalping bot for the Binance account and these are my requirements: 1. Fetch the top 100 markets on CoinMarketCap (once per 5 days) 2. Track their Bollinger Bands & Stochastic API data on Binance (each minute) 3. Whenever one of these 100 markets is matching these 2 conditions below, the bot should buy it: A. In the 15-minute time frame, the last 3 tops give us (higher-highs) B. A candle touches the lower band of Bollinger Bands, and also, the %K line of Stochastic RSI crosses the %D line to the UPPER direction. 4. And whenever the purchased market is matching these 2 conditions below, the bot should sell it: A. In the 15-minute time frame, the last 3 bottoms give us (lower-lows) B. A candle touches the lower band of Bollinger Bands and also the %K line of Stochastic RSI crosses the %D line to the UPPER direction. 5. Tracking/fetching Bollinger Bands & Stochastic RSI data that is matching my criteria mentioned above MUST BE SO FAST so the bot can take action at the right moment. Otherwise, we are missing the opportunities.
