Technical Project Manager

Bachelor of Science Degree. (Engineering, Math, Physics preferred) Excellent computer and MS Office skills with an emphasis on MS Excel. Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. The aptitude to quickly learn new technology and software interfaces. Demonstrate a relentless focus on turning data into actionable information. Excellent verbal and written communication skills within all levels of a customer organization. Intense customer focus while being patient, persistent and showing the ability to anticipate. Exhibit unwavering integrity in word and deed in the performance of our business. Certified Energy Manager (CEM) preferred, but not immediately required. Comfortable developing a business case utilizing data and math based models. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Technical Project Manager with Mountain Vector Energy, you will be responsible for a broad range of energy related tasks in support of the company’s Commercial and Industrial customers. You will support the optimization of electric, gas and water consumption and cost across complex large footprint organizations to include the following: Data management, in depth analysis and general familiarity with programming/coding requirements is a core capability to this role. Utility & Interval data capture and analytics for electric, gas, water, building control systems, solar, batteries, EV charging, E vehicles, conventional fleet and other. Perform energy and facility audits, both computer based and in-person, to identify energy optimization opportunities. Identify, quantify and communicate Energy Efficiency Measures (EEM’s), related savings and ROI models and oversee implementation with cross functional teams and vendors. Support IPMVP measurement and verification (M&V) for implemented measures and enable real time M&V where applicable with Mountain Vector Energy technology. Interface, from a data perspective, with customer Building Management Systems (BMS) and various facility management mechanical, electrical and emergency systems. Identify, manage, track and support Utility incentive generation for EEM’s. Additional functions required in support of our business requirements include: Independently manage customer meetings and regularly present findings/updates. Rapid response to any customer requests that may arise. Culturally, we focus less on experience and more on aptitude, potential, and the ability to innovate.
