Survey and promote cook service for tourists

We are a start-up business who need to do some information gathering to officially launch our business. We need someone with an up to date driver's license to do surveys (with a smartphone) and promotions to tourist staying for vacations in different parts of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Someone with experience in sales is preferred.
