Looking for a commercial agent based in Brazil/Mexico/Spain or Italy

Compelling Software is a startup that develops apps to the world market. Our innovative shopping app Grosh has been launched in over 30 countries. The app is offered directly to consumers, but is also available in a white-label version for retailers. We are also working on additional services for retailers, like consumer shopping reports. We’re looking for a local, exclusive agent that represents us in Brazil/Mexico/Spain or Italy towards retailers. We expect that our agent would: - Sell whitelabel versions of Grosh to supermarket chains --> We provide a lead list, but you may also supplement --> We provide slides, price lists etc --> When we get paid, you get a cut of the payment (both initial sale and yearly fees - for as long as you are our agent) - Sell consumer shopping reports, aggregated data such as price information to retailer chains, brands etc --> When we get paid, you get a cut of the payment. - Come with inputs to our B2B marketing material e.g. our website We expect you to: - Be based in Brazil/Mexico/Spain or Italy - Be well-formulated in both written and spoken English and Portuguese/Spanish or Italian - You like our products, as passion drives success - Have network in retail and previous experience with sales to supermarket chains - Be self-propelled and good at structuring your own tasks We have ideas for additional types of business partners in Brazil/Mexico/Spain or Italy, which we may have a look later on. Note: We can only pay you with a commission of sales, so hour-based payment is not a possibility.
