Command to take screenshots at set interval on MacOS

I need a command that will take full screenshots on my Mac at defined intervals. Following are the details: 1. The command should be able to run on the terminal (Apple Script not required) 2. The command should be able to run in the background. i.e. even after I close the terminal on my Mac, the screenshots must continue to be taken. 3. There should be an option to stop the process whenever I need to. In order to do so, I should be able to open the terminal again and kill the process with another command.
