LOGO DESIGNER NEEDED, THIS IS A TRIAL TO BE OUR FUTURE DESIGNER FOR ALL FUTURE PROJECTS!!!

Looking for someone who can design our corporations logo. It will eventually be a nationwide company. THERE WILL BE ALOT OF WORK! It is a moving company. for the name of the company PLEASE PRIVATE MESSAGE. I am looking for a logo design of a crow carrying a house. THE BIRD SHOULD NOT LOOK SCARY, NOR SHOULD THE IMAGE LOOK CHEAP. OR COMPLETED WITHIN 10 MIN OF TIME. I ASK YOU PLEASE PUT MORE EFFORT INTO THIS. THIS IS A HUGE DEAL! obviously its a moving company and its a crow. however without making the image look too cartoonish or cheap looking you want make the crow look as real but as friendly as possible. hopefully you guys have done enough work to understand what I mean by that. Please remember this is for a big corporation the logo will be nationwide therefore it will be our branding image. the image needs to look like it was not done in just 5 or 10 min. No copy and past vector image or [login to view URL] type of imaging. I am not looking for fast and average, I am looking for the absolute best, regardless of how long it takes. The person that wins will be designing all future stuff for the company, shirts, flyers, our personnel and executives business cards, and all promotions. Therefore I am looking for someone who has experience with all of these. Someone who can design a cartoon image, but then also design abstract, someone who can design with the a modern vision and still design it in detail. Someone who fully understands yes I am asking for a crow carrying a house, but it also could be a crow carrying a house with a rope, it could have a scenic background. There are unlimited ways you can design this logo. I want to have an image I can see and feel when I look at it. It has to sell. If the image doesn't sell, we don't want it. Again please remember this isn't just a logo design its a trial to be our companies designer. The only things we ask to keep in mind is the company name need to be to either the right or left of the logo. The image cannot be above or below the company name. Please also keep in mind the truck can have a white or black background, we haven't decided if we will be changing our current trucks white background to black or not. Also the favorite color is orange, please realize it does Not need to be the main color, or the 2nd color we just ask it be added, an orange color somewhere within the logo would be great. As orange would be one of the company colors, you can choose the others. The rest is up to you. I thank you all in advance.
