1- Logo and stationary: we would like 2 options to choose from : a complete new Logo and rework on the old logo -Logo design: Dar Malek arabic name : دار ملك company type : general business and contracting type in arabic : should reflect Trust, professionalism, practical , construction villa building - improve the old logo : name is Dar malek ( which means in arabic (king area or king house) and its also the family name of the company owner "Malek" this is why youll see in the old logo a big D and malek hiding inside of it . ( we dont want the same we want a rebranding ) -Intro and Outro for social media posts that shows the company details and its logo in arabic in a motion graphical practical easy on the eye way that shows the company is a contstruction company for villas ( high quality work please and no ready templates of after effect please ) ( should be short 3-6secs preferred ) 3- Flyer design that we can use to print or in social media post that should have the company details and enough space to attach special designed bullets to use for the offer specification. 4- Social media post design: we would like 12 different overlays to play with while we post in instagramwe dont want to have to design new ones. we would like them to : - should have enough space to attach an illustration of villa design or exterior etc or site progress photo - Contruction/building advices designs where the photo can be behind the overlay and there are enough space for title and enough space for the advice. - Construction/building Promotion offer . should have a space for a table that will have bullets (unique design) for the specification of the offer and a field to put the price per meter . would prefer to have the table object to be provided to copy and paste if we needed more table for offers in the same post. - Company information design that has contact info of the company ( can be like an E card ) phone website twitter instegram etc and the vision( to use for events and holiday greetings etc) - normal design post for reguler posts about progress a certain contruction site " should have a field for the site name. - before and after post for comparison of finished villas etc . post objects designed to be used for our designed posts like ( buttons tags social media icons etc ) : - special post for signing a deal with a customer .: we will post a picture(of the home) or the design and should reflect a deal signed with " whoever " customer . - a special post to highlight a material we are supplying for our customers like marble , lights etc. we want the post to have space for a photo of the marble or tile or light etc and enough space for information about the product . - special story design for our daily routine checks on our villas being built : should be special and different than the overlays we are using for posts.
