Design a Logo for a Advanced technology Company

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. The skills required are Graphic Design and Logo Design. I am happy to pay a fixed priced and my budget is INR 1500 - INR 3000 ( $23 to $ 46). ( 1 USD = INR 65) I have not provided a detailed description and have not uploaded any files. The Company Name is Aitareya Labs , a startup which is into advanced technology ( Software development ) to Manufacturing related to the technology . I am looking for a apt Logo Design for my company . Note: I need to make a note "labs " mentioned does not denote we are into doing experiments in labs so all the logos with Beakers ,Burrets should be avoided. We have couple of colors Blue (1) . : R=50 G=130,B=193 Blue (2) . : R=51 G=121,B=173 Orange : R=241 ,G=184, B=10 More emphasis to be give the the first Letter "A" which could be the logo and rest ITAREYA” written in uppercase and “itareya ” in Lower case. Labs should come below Aitareya in much Smaller font Which should gel with Aitareya which has more emphasis .Please select Logo suitable fonts only.
