Website Layout and Logo

We currently have a website which we sell concert tickets on. We are undergoing a name change and would like to have a new layout to go along with the new name. If you look at **ticket master . com / sneak peek 2008** (remove the spaces) it has a example of a clean looking ticket website along with the new layout of **my space . com** (remove the spaces). Our new company name will be Ticket Storm which we have yet to create the logo which we would like for you to also create. We do not need anything fancy with the logo, as you will notice most website’s/companys are going with a pure text logo to help with name branding. The site should **NOT** be created using a table less design. Screen shots of pages are included in the attached word document that would need to be created along with samples from another website which shows their look. It should not be copied exactly but should give you some ideas on what places use. This must be a unqiue website, not a copy of another website and the layout can not be used by anyone else. Please provide examples of websites.
