iPhone & Android Mobile App Logo / Icon / Artwork

I am about to release a mobile strength training app. This is for people doing Power Lifting and Olympic weight lifting. I need the following art work with a "health/fitness/strength training" theme. These will be used in both the Android market and the iPhone/iPad app stores. The deliverables for this project will be the original, vector (e.g. Illustrator) graphic file, along with PNG files in each of the required sizes. The vworker chosen for this project will send at least 3 different initial icon / logo / artwork ideas. Once I have chosen a satisfactory logo, the vworker will deliver that artwork in a variety of sizes and formats - as specified.
