This is a very easy project which should take no more than a few hours, Our budget is $20 to $30
1. We have a Windows VPS server, but we need to switch to Linux VPS server. See link below:

2. Then install the Linux version of a music editing app called Audacity. See link below:

3. Install Gauacamole Gateway, so clients can access the Audacity app. See link below

4. Test Audacity works online and we can connect USB microphone to record
This is a very simple job and we can pay $20 to $30 for above tasks
