Hi, I will set up and configure 2 servers and pass all records for them that is spf,dkim,dmarc,etc. You will have multiple postfix instances with 1 ip for each instance. I will share mail tester result also . everything will be passed. thank you

HI I have gone through your project requirement as You have SPF issue on your email Setup. I can fix that issue apart from that I can do below task 1. Monitoring your sever on daily basis, like which services or processes are running on server. Also we monitores interface like how much mails sent from server and out of them how much is successed and how much bounced. 2. In management we schedule your mail campaignes as per your requirement. 3. Creating backup and managing backup on server. 4. Monitoring for security and scanning your server daily 5. Checking for IPs if they are blacklisted into any RBL and sending removal request for them. (Note: This is very importent in mailing or bulk mailing service. Because all spam mails and inbox mails are 70% depends on IP reputation and 20% depends domain reputation and 10% for content which you will use to send mail. Hey I am a systemadministrator and I do take care of our email servers (mostly postfix and exim) I would like to start to understand a bit the need. There is no need to use 32 ips per servers for a postfix daemon. I do not understand the need for it and it is a waste of ips (especially ipv4). Are we talking ipv4 or ipv6? And the server need to be quite powerful for these services to run at once. A kubernetes or docker swarm could be interesting for this project. I do also want to express that ip whitelisting is not the best method to do it and can compromise security. For information you can set up postfix to be the MX for multiple domains and you do not need one instance per domains. Looking forward to work together Vincent
