1. Setup Kubernetes Master Node (including install OS) 1.a. Install OS, the OS can be either CentOS, Ubuntu or CoreOS, on the master node. It must be on small VirtualBox VM (8GB fixed disk if possible) 1.b. Install & configure Kubernetes to support CoreOS cluster with 3 worker nodes described below 2. Install and setup CoreOS cluster (with etcd3) with 3 worker nodes; using latest CoreOS version 2.a. Install CoreOS on 3 worker nodes; each node must be on a small VirtualBox (8GB fixed disk if possible) 2.b. Configure CoreOS cluster with etcd3 to support high availability & scallabilty 2.c. To allow add or remove worker node from the cluster (please reference this guide for "bootstrap an etcd cluster with the help of a discovery service" [login to view URL]) 3. Using Kubernetes console to deploy a sample application (i.e. hello world application) to show how CoreOS cluster work 3.a. Demonstrate a sample application run on the cluster - all 3 nodes 3.b. Demonstrate simple use case of scale up i.e. run more instance of the sample application on each node 3.c. Demonstrate a simple use case of scale down; i.e. run fewer instance of application 4. Provides all technical writing for each step to setup the Master, 3 worker nodes and CoreOS cluster. If bidder choose to do work remotely; then all VMs must be transferred over a part of final delivery
