I need someone to create a simple php script in which two buttons one for taking photo and other one to upload, take photo to open camera and and click a picture ( in some mobiles the photo is auto flipped and in some phones it’s not flipped, so if the photo is not flipped from the camera, the image should be flipped and saved to a folder when upload button is clicked ) I need this to be done in next 2 hours Please read the complete description and bid only if your sure you can do it

I can do it in 2 hours and it will work on most of the phones and it will ask for permission which user has to allow which will activate the upload button. the first, the photo will be clicked and then after flipped it will be visible to the user if the user allows clicking upload then saved to folder else discarded.
