1. Configure/troubleshooting new VPS to be faster than old VPS in ftp browsing and web browsing 2. Help me configure new VPS to be AS FAST AS POSSIBLE, that´s about it. I´m upgrading VPS hosting, but could notice the new server setup is slower than the old one. When accessing ssh/ftp/sftp, the browsing among folders are slightly slower and the fresh installs of OpenCart eCommerce shops are slower. According to server setup the new VPS should be MUCH faster, not slightly slower. Well, neither server is really slow, just the one should be MUCH faster is the one which is SLOWER, 15-20% slower. This makes me believe it´s a configuration problem in Centos7/DirectAdmin/OpenLiteSpeed or maybe some updates are needed. I work for a hosting company and I know how to get optimal performance from server. While you've shared new/old VPS specs, I wanted to know which vendor you're using from? SSD has NVMe type as well which is faster than ordinary SSD. You need to change apache pool size etc. Are you using WHM /CPanel as well? I assume you're using apache with MySQL. We can discuss more.
