Instead of installing manually every service, every daemon, we can transfer entire source system into destination server. (just if you want what you have). If not, just give root access on both sides and work will be done in 4 days. As MTA we like to use Postfix, hope no problem with this.

Hey, I have worked with linux for over 10 years and know my way around a debian system very well. There are a few ways your project can be accomplished, i can either clone the whole os to the new server and modify the necessary parameters after the move. Or i can go identify which services need to be moved and move them as required. Once that is complete, i will verify to make sure all of the services function as desired.
