We are a web agency specialized in web development with over 3 years of experience in the online industry. I've been considering to form a business with a reliable partner (we are in Europe if that matters) who would outsource projects to my company. Essentially we will be handling design, development and team/project management while my partner would be meeting up with local clients to come up with projects.
