We are looking to create a brand new experience for customers who wish to contact us for support on our Shopify page. The idea is to have combine the "contact us" page and FAQ page into one, and to minimize the number of page loads needed for the customer to find the answer to their question. What we want to achieve: - An FAQ page based on categories displayed using icons and a "contact us" button. Such as: https://www.ellos.se/page/help#humany-ellos-cs-sweden=/ - Pressing the contact us button should bring up a responsive modal where the customer can select which topic they wish to contact us regarding. The contact field for each topic should have different required fields* and a way for the customer to include an attachment (.jpg/.pdf/.docx) - Connecting the contact forms with our support ticket system ([login to view URL]) - Bonus: A search field where the user can search our FAQ without having to reload the page
