Litmos seperating CSS/JS for each company within team for their courses

What we are trying to accomplish is having a different styling for the different courses being selected depending on which company the course is aligned to. The frontpage displays the javascript which has the styling, but when they click the button to enter the course the javascript goes away together with the styling after being redirected. Maybe there are some built in ways to do this within Litmos that we are unaware of. There might be a way to target the Litmos css template when the button is clicked with javascript also.
