Take a fireworks graphic file (png) and create a dreamweaver template using that image. Template must be designed using css and must be pixel perfect (the graphic designer is very picky about this!). A bonus is being able to create the template using divs rather than tables. Graphic file for template has a fixed side menu and has dropdown menus along the top. We are looking for a long term relationship with someone who is very careful about the details and can create a template that is exact to the original graphic file. Template must be fully functional in all major browsers.
