Small Java App -- 2

Java app that will take a word template (.dotx) and create a word document (.docx) Sample: Java -jar [login to view URL] “[login to view URL]” “[login to view URL]” “[login to view URL]”  “[login to view URL]" is the java app being commissioned  “[login to view URL]” is the first parameter to the app, which provides the parameter named pairs o Parameter named pair param:value  “[login to view URL]” is the name of the word template file to be used to build the word document o Parameter represented in template {param}  “[login to view URL]” is the name of the output file to be generated o {param} will be replaced with named pair param tag which is “value” If a parameter {} is in the template, but not provided in the text file, the value is to be stripped and not used. If a parameter is in the text file, but not used in the word template, it is to be ignored. If a parameter is in the text file more than once, the first one is to be used, the duplicates will be ignored. If a parameter is in the template more than once, the value is to be used for each instance found. Please refer to the .dotx and the .txt file for how the parameter named pairs are used. Example: The included file [login to view URL] is the word document that would be generated by the commissioned java app. The included file [login to view URL] is the parameter named pair text file to be used by the java app to build the document. The included file [login to view URL] is the word template file that will be used to build the word document. The included file [login to view URL] is the image that is included in the word template and used in the word document. Deliverables:  java app should be a runnable .jar  Eclipse project along with source code, and instructions on how to import and compile  Buyer will own all rights and privileges to the app.  All deliverables must be either open source or free to use. Any legal disclaimers and/or licenses required for buyer distribution must be declared. Text me with questions or clarifications. I am aware of open source java utils that provide the core to do this. They provide samples, so I don't anticipate this being a difficult project for an experienced java developer.
