Migration of Java Spring Boot to Azure Function backend

we are looking for an experienced Azure Functions JavaScript developer who supports us to migrate our backend application to Azure Functions. The definition of done for this project is that our backend is entirely migrated to Azure Functions so that we can stop our backend services that are built with Java and Spring Boot. What you should bring: - Experience in writing Azure Functions with JavaScript / TypeScript - Experience in MySQL (Relational databases) and CosmosDB (MongoDB) or other document-oriented databases - Experience in designing RESTful APIs according to the requirements from user perspective - Experience with Azure API Management as a gateway for backend services - Experience in securing RESTful APIs with Json Web Token (including token generation and validation) - Experience in integrating Azure Functions with external providers like SendGrid (e-mail) or Braintree (Online-Payments) - Experience in integrating Azure Blob storages with Azure Functions - Experience in setting up Azure DevOps pipelines to implement CI/CD for Azure Functions - Know-how in serverless architectures with Azure products that is aligned with the strategy of a project - (Optional) Knowledge in Java - You are a freelancer - Good written and verbal communication in English - You keep commitments and deliver fast What we will bring: - An interesting project with flexible working hours - Cool team members from all over the world that can give you feedback all the week to keep you working smooth and efficient - Microsoft Teams for communication - JIRA and Kanban for the development process We are looking for an enthusiastic expert in Azure Functions for a long-term relationship as we steadily have work to do in this field.
