Machine Learning technique for routing in WSN

I have a rechargeable WSN environment in which a vehicle is moving inside the whole network to enhance its lifetime by optimizing the path of that vehicle. The vehicle is recharging the nodes and collecting the data from the nodes at the same time. furthermore, I have applied two techniques for routing the data in that environment so that power consumption can also be reduced. Now again, I want to implement machine learning techniques for data routing and Ant colony optimization for vehicle routing in my scenario. I can provide previous implemented Matlab Code.
