Gay Dating & Chat Site

I would like someone to create a gay dating and chat site. I do not want to use any templates. The site would need: 1. Logo design (to match the domain name) 2. A system so users can register their account. 3. A "lost password" system so users can retrieve lost passwords. 4. A chat system, using Macromedia Flash style. Users would need to be able to enter more than one chat room at the same time. 5. Ability for members to create their own profile / personals page, including selecting pre-defined answers, also the ability to upload their own images. 6. Members would need to be able to rate other members using an icon. 7. Members should be able to see who has rated them and what icon. 8. Members should have the ability to ignore / block other members. 9. Members should be able to search for other members. If you could integrate this with a "GPS" style search so that if a member has used a postcode, the search would say how many miles they are away. 10. Chat should have the ability to use VOIP and also web cameras. 11. There will be chat monitors, so would need software that would allow monitor login. The monitors should have the ability to ban users, silence users etc. ALSO - The website administrator should be able to control which account has monitor capabilities. 12. The ability to add blogs - with link appearing in member profile if a blog is created. 13. The user database needs to be made so that in the future, if other services were to be added to site then this can be integrated. 14. Members should be able to have a "buddy list" so they are able to see who is online. 15. The search facility should be in different formats, basic search advanced search etc. 16. Members should have the ability to send and receive email using the sites domain name and their username. Website admin should be able to: 1. Approve accounts before they are made live. 2. Restrict features, such as number of chat rooms avaliable, and also number of photos in profile pages as well as be able to place a limit on the number of profiles people are able to view in 24hrs. 3. Ability to filter certain "keywords" from chat. This admin function should be able to be switched on and off by admin and also be able to change keyword list. 4. Affiliate scheme - where people would be paid a fee if they introduce a paid member. 5. Chat rooms should be able to display an affiliate banner, this would be selected by admin. Website admin shold be able to have the ability to restrict certain functions of the site to members. This website will be free of charge to members at first and will then start to introduce a paid members scheme - at this point, the site admin would need to restrict various functions. The profits from this website will be given to charity, - the charity needs to be decided by the site members. Therefore, a "polling" option should be created.
