d3 donut chart

I want to have a d3 chart that looks like the attachment - the chart will take in 2 values: specific day, and total day.. I need to have the color looks exactly like the mockup. Existing codes already exist for the simple donut chart, so please build on that and add the outer arc, and fix the existing codes so that the color is as follow: orange: #ff870e, light blue arc:#46abeb, dark blue circle:#063d75. Additional $5 bonus will be added if you can complete this within 8 hours of accepting the project.
