Hi Eric, In that case, I would recommend that designer will work for 4 hours per day with the On Going logging of hours. Features which can be included in Coach app would be redesigned based on the reference application shared. Do let us know if this flow will be helpful at your end or not. To be honest, estimating of designing is also way too difficult. So I would prefer to have On Going basis work and you can share your feedback on a regular basis which will be managed by the designer in the app. Thanks,
