Developer needed to create an app for nonprofit in physical fitness industry

I’m in need of an app that can track workouts, running, heart rate during workouts/running (if the user chooses), nutrition, and I want the app to have capabilities to be synced to the user’s doctor’s office to show a trend with exercise/nutrition to assist with preventative care for my nonprofit. Lastly, I’d like a “call to action” button so that the user can donate to our nonprofit. Regarding the exercise portion, I’d like the user to be able to create their own workouts with what exercises the user wants, how many sets and reps, and so on. For the running portion, I’d like it to be able to track distance with GPS and show the route on the screen. Additionally, I’d like for the app to be able to sync your heart rate if you choose to track it during your workout. If the app can somehow show the correct movements for exercises, that’d be amazing. For nutrition, I’d like the user be able to track foods they eat similarly to how “MyFitnessPal” does. I’d also want the user to be able to type in what type of diet they follow for reference (ex: keto diet, paleo diet, etc). If the app can show trends of good/bad diet choices, that’d be ideal. I also want the app to be able to autonomically sync with the user’s doctor office files that they have for the user so they can view exercise/nutrition trends for preventative health care. I’d like the app to be named after the company “Common Health America”, I’d like the theme to follow company colors, and I’d like it to be user friendly, of course. App references for what I’m looking for include a combo of “myfitnesspal” for nutrition tracking, “strong workout tracker gym log” for workouts, and “map my run” for running. Thank you!
