Hi. I am Aurimas, software engineer. It is possible to have a camera and record everything, then detect numbers with OCR. But I want to suggest another solution, drill the hole on 2M+ water meter, and install arduino (other mini robot) to calculate turnaround of number axis. Add me to discuss about solution.
