Maximise leads to landing page - Conversion + Internet marketing expert required!

Looking for someone who has significant marketing experience and has worked with start-ups to advise & recommend optimal marketing strategy & oversee execution. Present requirement: 1. Review a landing page developed to generate interest for a product pre-launch. We want to maximise interest for the product pre-sale (through a form on landing page). This will then be "nurtured" through calls & other marketing tactics (i.e email) to convert interest to purchase. 2. Understand our targets and plans 3. Devise a solid plan to generate leads to page and a high conversion level 4. Present optimal marketing channels for promotion --- If the candidate is successful in presenting the above, we will then proceed to another project: 4. Develop content / collateral 5. Execute marketing tactics and lead generation campaign (either in an overseeing capacity where operational tasks can be outsourced or directly - depending on agreed budget and accomplishment of lead generation targets). Preferred title required: Marketing manager / director Pre-requisite Experience: * eCommerce * Online Retail * Internet marketing strategy including go-to-market approach, marketing channels * Internet lead generation / conversion tactics (PPC, A/B testing) * Social media marketing strategy, planning & overseeing execution * Experience in developing and executing email marketing programs The candidate should also preferably have a solid knowledge of cricket (sport) or has worked with online retail and knows optimal go-to-market approaches.
