We are looking at developing a questioner that will be sent out to clients as soon as they purchase a home. This questioner will have questions regarding there heating and cooling needs. We want it to be easy for them to answer, tick this box for yes etc. Once it is filled out, a copy of these answers needs to be emailed to two email addresses. For each of our clients one of these email addresses will change everytime, so we need to be able to do that easily.
