Email Marketing Specialist VCS is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to develop highly effective email programs to generate interest in Client‘s product offerings. The ideal candidate is a sales-minded marketer, creative, analytical, and highly motivated to learn and develop new skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute B2С email campaigns to drive engagement, generate leads, build brand awareness, and grow revenue Nurture and qualify email marketing leads Develop comprehensive reports detailing all email marketing KPIs (delivery, opens, clicks, conversions, etc.) Drive campaign optimization based on data-driven insights and improve performance benchmarks Manage our email marketing database and ensure that our incoming data is of the highest quality Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet lead generation goals Competencies: Experience working with a CRM ( Trello) Experience working with email marketing system Experience with reporting and analysis of email metrics Good written and verbal communication skills Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment Ability to deliver error-free work on a consistent basis Benefits: Competitive Salary and Commissions Fully stocked kitchen Casual Office Atmosphere Commuter Benefits Program
