Social Media Strategy required for a unique blog

We currently have a blog which is business, innovation and entrepreneurial focused. We started the blog in Dec and we have been just building up content on the site prior hence have not publicized the site at all. At the moment we have a UI re design project in progress for this blog which is planned to finish on the 6th April followed by a week of UAT and then launch on the 12th April 2011 with the new UI design. In addition, we are also in the process of developing a logo and tagline for the blog. We are now seeking an experienced marketing / social media guru that can produce a social media strategy & plan doc to enable us to build a large community of followers globally hence above the line online marketing campaign. As a result we are in the need of a Social Media / online marketing guru to pull together a marketing strategy and plan covering the following but not restricted to: a) SEO b) Facebook c) Twitter c) LinkedIN d) Email Marketing / Newsletter e) You Tube f) Reporting on the efficiency and progress of the social media strategy In addition would like the campaign to cover a little offline marketing & PR as well (Not a priority/nice to have) Due to tight budgets predominate focus is for online. Some key dates: Complete Social Media Marketing Plan/Strategy â 5th April Candidate must have solid background in Social Media Marketing (SSM)/Internet marketing and has produced a plan or strategy document for clients.
