We are seeking an E-commerce marketing manager. The successful candidate will take input from company executives and develop / manage e-commerce strategy for the company. We require someone with a background with e-commerce sales channels. This position will need to work with designers, programmers, e-mail marketing agencies and executive sales and marketing professionals. This individual will have a proven track record (websites we can look at and review) of developing successful e-commerce websites. The ideal candidate should have a broad base of skills in online marketing, paid/organic search, email marketing, merchandising, inventory management and on-site usability and customer experience. Responsibilities: • Drive online traffic, acquisitions, leads and revenue through Paid Search, Display Advertising, Email, Remarketing and any other brand-appropriate digital marketing strategies at acceptable ROI as defined by the business. • Manage search marketing activities across multiple search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc.) including planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, negative keyword expansion, and optimization of paid search campaigns. • Collaborate with merchandising team to prioritize products and brands based on proprietary data and analysis. • Direct responsibility for monitoring Web traffic, conversions and ROI for all digital online acquisition programs through campaign planning, implementation and analysis • Development and implementation of KPI’s and metrics to analyze marketing performance • Evaluate new emerging media or technologies and make recommendations for their application • Manage external vendor and agency relationships as necessarily relate to the marketing function • Develop and implement the E-Commerce marketing plan in order to drive consumer traffic and conversion • Liaise with web developer to implement site maintenance and improvements • Increase brand presence and communication in social media (role to be discussed) • Plan and coordinate product merchandising • Develop budgets and monitor monthly costs • Manage the use of web analytics programs to track and monitor both online and offline marketing campaigns to ensure their success • Maintain all web content and update sites presence throughout the Internet • Maintain and ensure that online marketing strategies are prompting a direct response in sales, driving consumer traffic. • Search Engine Optimization & Search Engine Marketing; Strong knowledge of Google AdWords and Analytics • Understand and develop sources of traffic (& the factors that influence it): email, SEO, PPC, affiliates, social media, catalogues etc. • Investigate, evaluate and assess new ways of generating additional traffic/orders. This Project is based on Long Term of Relationships. We are only paying Fixed $12,000 for the Best Expert.
