Hi, we are Frost Tech Industries LLC. We are looking for advice and possibly a quote to create a modified dog leech that will be used to control an LED dog collar. We would like for the leech to control the cycling of colors, and turning the collar lights on and off. The collar comes with LED's installed. Will we need to modify the LED collar as well? If possible or not can you provide any information in regards to this inquiry?
