Hello I have a total of 16 illustrations in psd (all Indian scenes) that I would like to animate. My process is to test out 3 illustrators with one same illustration before hiring for the whole project. Of course I will pay for the test illustration and even though I call it test illustration, I will use it towards the whole project. So I would like to see quality and what you plan to do within the budget I have. It would help me if you can explain what you plan to deliver given my budget. Let me know. Thanks
