Design Build Deploy and Manage an iOS App

Required an uber like app but for contractors only. Licensed, insured and bonded general contractor with "B" license and B stands for building and that means I am not restricted to electrical or plumbing or framing. The application is a simple way of producing the safest environment for both consumers and the contractors with a complete sense of achievement for both sides at a 100% satisfaction money back guaranty if the job does not go in accordance with the consumer's satisfaction. I would like to be one step above the state contractors board so that I can regulate and set the industry's standards. I would like this app to be very easy to solve all the construction industry problems. 1- If Consumer thinks that they might need any help with something around the house no matter how small or big they should think of "THIS" app. 2- They have already downloaded our very friendly and free app and have agreed to all of our terms and conditions by check marking our terms and condition box (in terms and conditions they should agree among all the other standard and normal disclaimers of liabilities and legalities they should agree to a third party arbitration in case of any problems that might arise with the contractor and not to file a lawsuit) 3- They upload their request (eg; I need a handy man to install a faucet or I need a painter or fix a hole in the dry wall and etc..) 4- A contractor who also has joined our app family by passing our check list and he also has agreed to our terms and conditions ( eg; they will receive their pay 2 weeks after they fax or email us the customer's 100% satisfaction release) will get the request and he happened to be very close to the customer's address responds or just simply stops by at that address. 5- He among a few other contractors gives his estimate to the customer. 6- Customer agrees to hire him 7- When the job is completed customer pays us by the ways of credit cards. (Customer is 100% guaranteed for the amount of monies they pay not any more. This also should be in customers terms and condition) 8- 2 weeks later the contractor gets his check less our companies 20% commission) The app should have the following characteristics; IOS System APP for apple phones Backend and Front end back-end would be the engine of the application. The backend usually consists of three parts: a server, an application, and a database. front- end is the part of the APP that I can see and interact with. The frontend usually consists of two parts: the web design and front end web development.
