Developer required to test iphone app with xcode/ and upload

We require an experienced developer to test an iphone app with xcode...if test passes then upload to our app store. This app was developed by a poor developer and resulted in multiple errors and was rejected by apple. we have asked him to address these issues and forwrd us the build..We wnat someone else to test , therefore we need someone who can test app with xcode,report finding ,informatio, screen snapshots and then have it published on the appstore...The app already has been submitted so resubmission is required, not new app upload. We are a company looking to build long term relationships with developers unfortunately we have been often disappointed. The conditions of this bid our as follows...a mutual agreed milestone payment ...this will be small percentage. When the app is uploaded and APPROVED the remaining payment will be released. We are tired of time wasters and cowboys,,if you are an experienced,knowledgeable developer this should not be a problem..Please chack our feedback we have a positive record...we wnat to develop business relationships and prepared to pay for quality service. If these conditions do not suit DONT bid.
