iPad App to support sales and training efforts

We would like to build a sales app for our sales and distribution partners. The purpose is to provide technical training and selling tools for the sales person. One of the most important aspects is to provide a library of sales materials: documents, images, videos and powerpoint presentations. All materials should be local and only require web-access for updates. I want the ability to add sales materials to the library from my desktop and push documents to the sales person frequently. The Application would be privately distributed, not available on the App Store Programming Language: Prefer native IOS programming (Swift), but will accept other languages as long as they are considered a standard. We nave no plans for this to be used on Android platforms. Must Have Features: Offline Application: No internet required to use application Push Notification Local storage of .pdf, .jpg, .png, .ppt, .xls, .mp4 File Library (tags) in order to search and/or organize documents by multiple categories Administrative access to add new documents: After the application has been launched, we need a easy way to add new powerpoint, word, excel or video files to the application.
